Fitness membership

Our fitness membership gives you access to the gym, exercise classes, pool, sauna and steam room at Sport central. You can pay monthly or save even more with an annual membership.

You will also get a discount on facility bookings plus, if you take out an annual membership, access to over 50 other university gyms around the country. More >

Exercise Classes

Being a member is the most cost effective way to enjoy of group exercise classes. However, if you just fancy popping along know and again you can pay as you go from as little as £4. More >

Swim, Sauna & Steam 

We are very lucky to have a pool right here on campus. Access is included in a Fitness Membership but you can also use it casually from £4 (which includes Sauna & Steam!). More >

Personal training and Massage

Personal training is a great way to support you on your health and fitness journey and our qualified Personal Trainers here at Sport Central are also qualified in Sports Massage. More >
