If you are in a mental health crisis: 

Call 111 to speak to your local Crisis team. Call 111 and select the mental health option or access  111 online.  

 

If someone is at immediate risk: 

Call 999 (UK) and 112 (Netherlands) to contact the emergency services or visit Accident and Emergency at your nearest Hospital.
