Training

There is a full program of training events for Postgraduate Students available here.

The Business and Law Faculty also has its own program of training. Emails are sent out regarding this training. These include the PGR Surgeries and Law Lunches.

The law PGRs have a monthly lunch where staff and students meet informally. The PGR lunches provide the opportunity for the PGR community to come together (current and new) to share knowledge and expertise throughout their research journeys. This is a great way to speak to other students about the PhD experience as well as getting to know staff members.

The law reps are Tracy Kirk (tracy.kirk@northumbria.ac.uk) and Alexander Maine (alexander.maine@northumbria.ac.uk).

External training resources can be accessed through Northumbria's Early Career Researchers Form (ECR). Information can be found here.
