Are you looking to develop the leadership and management within your organisation?

Or are you an employee who is interested in advancing your own professional development?

If so, we welcome you to join us for our virtual event where our leadership and management specialists will discuss our approach to working with businesses to upskill new and existing talent to fulfil their leadership, management and career potential.

During the session you will hear about our government subsidised Help to Grow: Management programme which has been developed especially for SME’s and our CMI Level 5 certificate in Management, Coaching and Mentoring. We will also explore our degree and higher apprenticeship programmes, focusing on Chartered Manager and Senior Leader.

Businesses exist in a world where the pace of change is unrelenting. Ensuring that current and future leaders are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours to confidently lead the development of the workforce, products and services is critical to the success of any organisation. From project management and innovation, through to influencing skills, personal resilience and networked leadership, the need to maintain leadership effectiveness is of greater significance within businesses if they are to sustain their operations across the long term.
