The IT Helpline is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

 

What can I ask the IT Helpline about? 

The Helpline can help you with any IT queries such as setting up your laptop and connecting to the Northumbria WiFi networks, accessing your work off campus, topping up your print credits, and how to use your email account. They can also help with finance queries (SAP), student record problems (SITS) and telephone provision at Northumbria. 

Helpline staff will take the details of your query down. If the query can't be dealt with straight away, they'll give you a Ticket Number and pass the query to the appropriate team - you can monitor and update your query via KnowHow at northumbria.ac.uk/knowhow
