Northern Ireland

Why did you choose Northumbria University, Newcastle?

The course was different to a lot of other universities and it best suited me.  And I thought it would be exciting to live in a busy city.

What do you think of Newcastle and our region and what are your favourite things to do?

I think Newcastle is a really safe and beautiful city and always has lots going on.  My favourite things to do in newcastle is to go for walks down to the Quayside and enjoying the nightlife side.  I also love going into town as the shopping is amazing and I usually go to my favourite tearoom called Quilliam Brothers.

What has surprised you most about living in Newcastle and this region? What has impressed you most?

I was surprised mostly by the size of Newcastle as it is quite a big place with lots of different views and sceneries.  The beautiful sceneries and how friendly people were.
