2016/17 Postgraduate Taught Fees

Postgraduate Taught (PGT) tuition fee information for UK & EU students applying in 2016.

2016/17 entry tuition fees for home applicants

Postgraduate taught courses are divided into two groups - standard courses and premium courses.

The tuition fee for a standard full-time postgraduate course is £5,450 per year.

For full-time Postgraduate courses that last a full 24 months we would split the full fee over 2 academic years.

Premium courses carry different tuition fees and include the following:

   
Art  
MA Conservation of Fine Art £8,200 (18 month full-time programme)
Master of Fine Art (MFA) £10,900 (24 month full-time programme)
Business   
MSc/MA  £7450 
MBA £14,500
Engineering and Environment  
MSc Professional Engineering £10,100
MSc Information and Library Management £7,000
(for MSc qualification, fees are staged by level of study)
Law  
Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) £12,500 

BPTC (LLM) Year 1

BPTC (LLM) Year 2

Legal Practice Course £9,400 
some Law courses also incur the following fees:  
Bar Standards Board Registration Fee Standards Registration Fee for 2015/6 is £550 
Solicitors Regulation Authority Registration Fee not yet known. For guidance, 2014/15 fee was £15 
Sport  
MSc International Sport Management £6,450
(£1,000 additional to cover costs of study field trip)
