Why did you choose Northumbria University, Newcastle?

I have heard it is one of the best Universities for International students and Newcastle is best student city in England.

What do you think of Newcastle and our region and what are your favourite things to do?

I feel Newcastle is really great place for students. All the people are friendly and helpful. My favourite things to do are exploring Newcastle on my bicycle.

What has surprised you most about living in Newcastle and this region? What has impressed you most?

I am surprised that newcastle is a lovely and peaceful city. The North East is as beautiful as I explore. People from London told me that North is not good but I personally disagree with them. I am most impressed about the nature sight-seeing in the North East.

Did you find Northumbria University welcoming? Was it easy to fit in?

Yes, really friendly and welcoming. It was really easy to fit as university has mixed culture students.

What have you enjoyed most about coming to Northumbria University?

The quality of education and resources provided for studies.

Who has helped you most since you came to Northumbria?

It is really hard to say because the Northumbria staff  are really helpful. But my supervisor is the most helpful as  I have been in contact with her the most.

Who has inspired you most at Northumbria University?

Students Support and Wellbeing.

What is your favourite place on campus?

Students' Union and Business Building.

Have you joined any sports teams, clubs or been involved in any volunteer projects? Tells us about the highlights?

I have joined the fitness gym in Sports Central.

What is the best thing about your course?

The best thing about my course is that I have got to work with highly skilled supervisors.

What are the most valuable lessons you have learnt to date?

Day to day life Management skills.

What do you want to do in the future? What skills have you learned/improved that you think will be of most use in your future career?

The thing I really admire from Northumbria staff is being polite and that will defiantly help me in my future career.

If you could offer some advice to students thinking of coming to study here what would you say?

I would say it was the best university ever, I'm loving each and every day spent in this university. Best quality education.

How do you feel you have changed as a person since being at Northumbria University, Newcastle (e.g. confidence)?

I am more positive towards life and more focused on my goal.

Yes, I will recommend.
