Northumbria offers a generous tuition fee discount for EU and UK nationals who wish to study a Masters programme at Northumbria University, Amsterdam.

Northumbria University is thrilled to offer our NU in Amsterdam Discount, for EU member state students, embarking on a new adventure in Amsterdam.

If you are current UK or EU member state resident* who has achieved a degree, and you join us on a Full-Time Masters course in Amsterdam in September 2023, we are delighted to offer you a substantial tuition fee discount. You can study for your Masters qualification in Amsterdam for just €5,980.

Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for the NU in Amsterdam EU Discount, you must:

  • *Be an EU National or a UK applicant with the right to reside in an EU member state i.e dual citizenship
  • Apply for an eligible Masters course (see which courses apply below) beginning in September 2023 at the Amsterdam campus, and be in receipt of an offer from Northumbria University
  • Meet the conditions of your offer, and accept your offer at Northumbria University

Eligible Courses

Important information

  • The NU in Amsterdam EU Discount is automatically applied if you meet the terms and conditions; there is no separate application process 
  • Students selected for the NU in Amsterdam EU Discount will no longer be eligible for any other Postgraduate discounts
  • The NU in Amsterdam EU Discount is awarded as a fee waiver and is not a cash sum
  • Students will receive the tuition fee discount on Full-Time eligible courses studied in Amsterdam only
  • The reduction to the PGT fees will be made following enrolment
  • Funding is provided in the first year of study, if your course is longer than one year
  • If you defer your place, the discount offer will be withdrawn
  • Northumbria reserves the right to withdraw this scheme at any point
  • The University's decision is final and cannot be challenged; there is no right of appeal
