Senior Lecturer

Department: Newcastle Business School

Diep Nguyen

Dr Diep Nguyen is currently researching antecedents and consequences of workplace mistreatments (e.g., workplace bullying, incivility, and social undermining). I am also interested in understanding the impacts of strategic human resource management on employees' attitudes, behaviours, and well-being. My research has applied quantitative methodologies using different techniques, such as structural equation modelling, hierarchical linear modelling, and comprehensive meta-analysis.
